Fosso Cancelli Pecorino is an intense straw yellow wine with golden reflections, with delicate and long tones, round, soft and structured. It gives us delicate floral scents such as elderflower and notes of character such as ginger. This wine was fermented partly in big oak barrels and partly in amphorae, which gives it its strong, round character.
Pairs well with risotto, fatty fish

The first Ciavolich winery was built in 1853 in Miglianico by Francesco Ciavolich opposite his private residence. Over the years the wine production started to take place in Loreto Aprutino in the province of Pescara. Today the Ciavolich winery is one of the most ancient and suggestive in Abruzzo. Nowadays Chiara Ciavolich continues cultivating the work of her ancestors passing on an ancient history throughout wine, a red thread connecting past, present and future. Cultured grape varieties include Montepulciano, Trebbiano and Pecorino.
